I hope the translator will translate everything correctly.
Perhaps (if the game crashes) are to blame not only mods and datapaks,
Try to go to the folder with mods, set sorting “by name” and delete repetitive mods, as well as look through the mod browser are those or other mods are relevant to the latest version of the game, as they may conflict with each other (breeder edition or not).
If you use a large number of datapacks then (as I think) because of the fact that some mods are not installed because of conflicts, the datapack will not work properly and can also throw you out of the game (this is my personal opinion).
I used to use 100 + mods and 100 + datapacks, some datapacks seem to be included and buttons were for them in the game, but they did not work correctly (this applies to those datapacks that have additional requirements in the form of mods).
I deleted repetitive mods and their older versions, and deleted a lot of datapacks because I don't use them all.
Now I have installed 133 mods and 23 datapacks and so far no time the game has not crashed (both on PC and mobile).
P.S.: if you delete datapacks, then first go to the game in your' save and disable them, save, now you can delete them (better copy them all first in another folder in case some datapack forgot to disable). If you don't do that and just delete datapacks, your save will close the game.
If the problem is different, but related to mods, try to read this article : https://github.com/Alexofp/BDCC/wiki/How-to-install-BDCC-mods , it helped me a lot when I reinstalled the game from scratch and started to put mods, but the game closed.
Of course you can transfer your saves to new versions !!!!
In the main menu, go to "load game", then click on "export" next to the save you want and choose where you want to save it (usually this is disc C - User - "your user" - AppData - Roaming - Godot -app_userdata - BDCC - folder
saves. Update the game and play.
On Android, just download a new version of the game, install it, and the game itself will update, the saves will remain. You can also play in the same save on different devices by simply transferring the save from PC to Android and back again.
try following the instructions https://github.com/Alexofp/BDCC/wiki/How-to-install-BDCC-mods

Sorry for my english. Try going here and do everything according to the instructions, each step, I also had this problem, although I had used mods before and there were no crashes, and then suddenly I decided to add all the working mods and the game started to crash. It helped me, although the game still crashes from time to time even on PC, most likely either due to some kind of mod conflict, or possibly due to datapacks (I’ll write back when I check).
Maybe the man wanted to take some time off, he's already working on two projects at the same time and he always produces very good output and keeps adding content. I too am eager for a new update, as many others are, and we are willing to wait for new content as long as it takes, because we know it will be decent content as always.
I know that one arrogant consumer started to write to the developer that he would add this or that content to the game or he will delete it, and after many threats the developer stupidly stopped releasing new content for the game and stupidly forgot about the game and said that there will be no more updates. So let's respect other people's labor!!! Don't be in a hurry, because as they said earlier in the comments, programming is not as easy and exciting as it seems!
Sorry for my English, I was writing through a translator, but I hope that my thought will get through and translated correctly
