The drives that you stick into the listening station and the decoding station tends to not fully stick sometimes. I find myself multiple times having to reinsert a drive to import / export off those stations.

Also having more than 55 cameras tends to break the radar sometimes.  (constant beeping of new entities)

Yeah the 'super drive' recipe combines the scrap electronics with metal scrap I think.  In any case that's what happened to me.  Don't forget the new side menu that lets you choose between multiple kerfus recipes!

One thing that helped was the digital map and a piece of paper. Once I visited said generators I took note of each one and it's location to the nearest Radar.  (tr_2 was near romeo i think).  As I set out for the day I would tr.check and plan a route at base against the notes I took for each generator.

That one is still currently in game as the Keith model.

I'm using my 6.3a save for this version and nothing seems to be wrong.

I am still using 6.3a save file so I don't think so at least.

You need to mix up the food you eat if you are not doing so already.  Some MREs here, some food boxes there etc..

I can affirm the recipe is broke.  Was on a new game since 55+ cameras tends to break the radar. When I tried to make omega and it made electronic scrap into drives again and ate my metal scrap.  Double checked on old save with absolutely nothing around the bench for it to have the same results.

There is a new menu off to the side to select what type of kerfur to make.  It is working.
