Good idea! I was going to add particle effects (I had a smoke effect in place as if they were burning) but it didn’t play nicely with the shadows and I didn’t have time to debug.

Super cool! Feels very complete, love the aesthetic.

Very cool! Gave me goosebumps!

Would have been nice to list the controls somewhere. Wasn't quite sure what to do when the lightbulb popped up. Only by randomly hitting keys did I realize I had an inventory. And when I tapped on an item the tooltip didn't seem to want to go away. Cool game otherwise! I liked the vibe.

Kind of similar to my game (using spotlights as a key element of play). But I found yours a lot more fun :) Nice work.

Art style and character control feel very polished. Nice job!

Read the info screen carefully :)

Very polished, loved the art style. Difficulty was decently balanced. The boss fight was bugged though, she sat in the corner and didn't attack me.

Thanks! I had other ideas to spice up the combat a bit but unfortunately didn't have enough time.

I noticed most of the games with ratings were HTML5 games. Makes sense since it requires more effort to download an executable, unzip it, etc. and it isn't compatible on all platforms.

I didn't realize that WebGL export in Unity meant HTML5.  After a bit of tinkering (need to set compression to 'gzip') I was able to get it to run properly. For those of you with Unity games, I recommend setting up this option so more people can play your game.

FYI here's my game, would appreciate any feedback :) https://itch.io/jam/n8jam/rate/1158715

Sorry about that, was confused by the build settings in Unity. I've now uploaded a WebGL version so you can play it in the browswer :)

This was fun!

Simple but smooth. Well done!
