Hello! We're sorry to hear about the error you have encountered. We've looked into the matter and it seems it's an error that happens when playing the ending animation. You may try to play the game on Steam. Your save files couldn't be carried over but the endings you have unlocked and the dialogue you have already read will.  If you could not skip the text, you could open the Settings and change the Skip settings to All, instead of Seen. Hello. We use winrar for these type of files. This may prompt you to buy the product when you open a .rar or .zip files but you can always ignore that and proceed with the extraction. So there's no need to buy the product itself.

Hello, We're sorry to hear about the crashing error. Were there any gray screens when the crash happened? If not, you could play the game on Steam instead since it will make sure all files will be downloaded as it's inevitable to encounter errors caused by missing files in the download. We have programmed the game on to carry over the data you had on your non-Steam copy such as read text and achievements so you can skip the text you have already read on your previous playthroughs with the Skip button. If some still could not be skipped, select the "All" option under the Skip tab in the Settings menu of the game to be able the text the Steam thinks you haven't read. Hello! It’s possible to add Cinderella Phenomenon to Steam with your achievements and read text  carried over. Only the save files will not be included automatically. Once you open the game on Steam, the Steam Achievements will be added to your profile. In case if the text you’ve already read could not be skipped with the Skip button, go to the Settings menu and under the Skip section, select All so that the game will skip all of the text Steam thinks you haven’t read with the Skip button. Perhaps try refreshing it? There's also the possibility that the files were missing during the download process which can happen due to the large file size. We have observed that this bug occurs frequently when the game is downloaded from the itch.io platform. You may play the game on Steam since the  unlocked endings and achievements  carry over. We're sorry for the inconvenience. Let us know if any more bugs have persisted. Please and thank you.

Hello there. We have no power over android bugs since we weren't the ones who converted it. Like everyone else, all we can do is wait for them to fix those bugs. What we can suggest right now is to play the pc versions instead. Our apologies for this. :(

The first version was built in a different version of our game engine so the game files may have not been carried over. Though, there is still the possibility of the dialogue you have already read being skippable so you could catch up to where you last left-off. Otherwise, open the Settings menu. Click "All" under Skip so that Skip Mode would skip what you have read and haven't read. If you don't want Skip Mode to stop after every choice, click "Skip" under the After Choices section. Hope this helps.

Thank you for playing Cinderella Phenomenon. We don't have a proper explanation for what caused this unless you have deleted yoursave files by going through the folders or clicking the "X". If you didn't, there's a possibility that you can easily skip the dialogue you have already read by clicking the skip button that should not be faded. If it still is, kindly open settings. Click "All" under Skip section. It should skip all lines you have read and haven't read. It will definitely stop at the choice menus. Unless you also clicked "Skip" under After Choices in settings, you can click the skip button again until you reach the last scene you've read. Let us know if the problem persists.
