Yes, there's another ending with V! If you got all the way to the "good ending," then it may just be that you need to figure out how to get the police to believe you!
Sure! You just hit the "Download Now" button, should be right above the comments, then it'll download as a zip file. Right click that and hit "extract all," and after that's complete you'll have a folder you can open -- you want to click on KillerChat, which is the only thing listed as an application, and that will launch the game. You have to gain enough favor with someone to romance them -- it's not enough for you to like them, they have to like you too!
Tip: be sure to choose the LI who's route you want to do on the screen where you select who you want to learn more about, and you may be able to get bonus points by choosing roles similar to theirs (for example, if you want Misaki, select the "guns" role in the beginning)!
