For anyone who finds this comment: The best solution to IGP's problem I found was skipping forward until Cece gave birth. Meaning; I literally went to the players room and spammed the skip button in the bottom right corner. Once the cutscene played out, breeding was available again. Def a bug, but not game breaking. Hope this helps.

By that same logic, Annie has to go as well then, no? The first sexual scene of the game that wasn't a dream? I haven't been under the impression that any advances made by any of the female characters have been unwelcomed by the MC. Nor has any legitimate harm come to the MC or the rest of the cast of characters. No need for a rewrite, just additional details as Hatchet said.
