You can't open a kazakhstan bank account as easily as it was before. It's been a while since the banks that allow russians changed their rules. Now you need to be in the country and open your account in person as opposed to being able to do it in russia with a phone call. And even if you do open your account in person there is always a chance of it being shut down if you're not in the counrty which is why this method doesn't really work anymore.  At present the only easily available way to pay from russia is by crypto
