Hello, I have noticed a problem with saving and loading. Whenever I load previous save states even if they're from hours before, the quest progression is as if I had played up until my most recent save. For example I got the quest to exorcise Mother Superior at which point I needed to go back to the Crucible to find an entity underneath the place. However the door was locked after the anvil area where you get the Wall Crusher ability. I checked everywhere, but the it seemed like the key bugged out and didn't spawn so I decided to reload a save state from before the boss fight to hopefully redo it and have the key spawn in. The problem is no matter how far back I go, even if its near the start, all of my most recent quests like Exorcising Mother Superior, Saving Magda from the Crucible were still active. I also had all of the skills that I unlocked up until that point, still unlocked even though I'm supposed to be at a stage where I hadn't unlocked those skills or those quests yet. It was as if I had fast traveled to the location with all of my equipment, rather than loading a save and dialing back my progress. I don't think my save can be salvaged at this point and would have to start a new game because I am unable to rewind or progress.

I was wondering if there is a scene between Kara and Therese, also phenomenal job on the game, the gameplay is really good.
