makes the game a lot easier than it's supposed to be

it might be because I played some music and that overrode the sound

it froze about 4 hours in

I found a way to go behind the shelf and out the window, must be a bug

just frustration from the keyboard controls I guess. I thought there was a bug where you couldn't jump after the background inverted color but it turns out it was intentional and you were supposed to dash across

It was good, but it'd be a little easier to play if it supported a controller. I only got a little further than the point with the falling debris. Also in the opening cutscene, when you lay down on the bed, you can continue moving and so it looks like you're laying down in the middle of the air

it looks like a waveform, is it recording my audio output?

Fatal error

pretty neat! Although it would be nice if you had some authentic Japanese language or at least some transliterations of English words into Katakana. It looks like gibberish symbols generated by Dall-E at the moment. Katakana doesn't take that long to learn! If you were actually to use kanji or something, that's another matter

hey, feel free to use my music album I posted on here, or I can make original music for you sometime. I'm Ragnar372002@gmail.com if you want to contact me

if you enable pay what you want I'd be willing to send some money your way, it's a fun little experience

I entered like 30530850820858093580932588903 as my seed. Does it really allow arbitrary precision seeds or does it just wrap around/truncate the value?

nevermind got it working

same, level seems to generate but it just says 'press A to spawn' and no spawning happens

also, a nice feature would be to be able to rotate the toys with the mouse, instead of just staying static. And more than just one? model with palette swapping, but I assume that's going to be in the update

why's the filesize so big

I got a little bored after about 7 or 8 times finding the ghost. I didn't know how to reach the next one (even for the others I walked on water somehow to get there). Still, nice setting, reminds me of New England

is the one synth track a tribute to AFX/Aphex Twin's I'm Self Employed? Also noticed the message about computer viruses and spyware, and a lot of the Analord tracks are named after computer viruses

in the Jumpman game I hit the ceiling and couldn't jump any further without falling (not sure if this was intentional), and the credits sequence doesn't seem to start

10/10 my balls escaped

hi, is the bug fixed in the non VR version where you couldn't go up the carpet when it starts to go up vertically?

must've not gotten the right effect

wasn't able to find the area with the museum or whatever it is (the second screenshot) but I found almost everything else I think? The black and white area with the dogs led to a maze that had the exit blocked off by a urinal I think and I was unable to progress any further

maybe it's just that these resemble my dreams in some way, but for once I feel like these are authentic dreams that someone transferred into game format. Sometimes some of the LSD like games are too artsy to capture the creepy mundanity of a dream imo

the combination of walk speed and mouse sensitivity was very not good and ended up being pretty frustrating

I got stuck when walking down the cliff

I would suggest changing the thumbnail, it doesn't really tell much about the game and the screenshots are actually pretty beautiful. But from the thumbnail I almost thought it was a 'clicker' game

honestly it's still like the best non-game though

I agree the art could be a little more interesting/more variety, but the technique you figured out is pretty cool. I'm assuming the X/Y placement/rotation/size of the shapes is mapped to a randomized Bezier curve, and moving/looking around determines what the t variable is?

oh, well great job!

are the artworks based on real artworks? I googled some of the artist names and names of the works, but I couldn't find anything. Weird

fun game while it lasted, but I made too many flowers too soon or something and I ended up with negative energy and water growth. But I was out of water deposits so I don't know how I was supposed to get more water

if you're more interesting in programming audio stuff, the DAW Reaper has a free scripting language called JS that I thought was pretty easy to pick up on. There's a lot of example scripts, including some synths

that's alright, maybe I was a little harsh but glad to hear you tried a little something more with the project!

pretty cool, but I didn't know how to move forward after the path/carpet went up into the air. Is there a way to change gravity? Maybe it was supposed to but there was a bug?

same issue

it's not really structured much like a mall, is it? just a bunch of square shaped rooms, when I think a mall, I think like a couple of hallways with stores on the sides. Felt more like a series of connected abandoned jewelry shops or something

it's kind of crappy. Sounds like simple sine wave notes. There's a lot of info on musicdsp.org on how to make different waveforms and filters and stuff. There's really no excuse why you couldn't have added a few more features to this

this is one of my favorites of the LSD-like games. Neko Yume is a little too on the nose, I also like DREAMDISC

I love the style of this game, makes me think of if Earthbound 64 had ending up coming out
