Is the ending, where Mikko leaves Arvo alone in the forest and goes to his room, the good one? Is there another option where Arvo confesses his love for him?
That would be amazing. I think you should do it as soon as possible, because it will be easier to translate the dialogues right away than to translate more of them later.
