This games literary elements to induce trance sensations is definitely a unique take among BE games that worked well from a narrative and gameplay perspective: its like experiencing a mystery visual novel and piecing together any possible leads to understand your cerebral experience. I wish the daily commutes had more metaphysical, abstract descriptions to further bliss out the player as I feel most of the other scenarios created a disconnected feeling. Perhaps more characters (coworkers) who speak further confusions can exemplify the trance, dreamlike themes. But I can easily imagine most players (myself included) sought this game for BE content, which coupled with the lack of concrete hints to find true endings frustrating. I played just under and hour and in the last 10 minutes gave up trying to piece together leads and tried to brute force through scenarios. The proof of concept is very interesting and would love to see either more development or a new story told similarly. I respect that HER is direct about the lack of explicit content.
