The "easy character creator" is koikatsu. Devs rip character cards form the community and re-uploads them in a game with horrible English for profit.

If you go to the troll store website, you can download it with no jailbreaking. Essentially, what Troll Store does is mess with Apple's code and make your device think that you're installing apps through the AppStore but you're actually downloading from an external source (AppDB). Installing IPA files on an IOS device should be easy to port as long as the engine they are using (assuming Unity) supports it.
