Cool game, congrats! I wonder, is there any true difference in the gameplay between the various heroes except the graphics?

Thank you very much! I'm going to the downloads right away!

Thank you very much for considering the 3 lives fix. Of course there's a workaround for the lack of the saving option, one can always play the game on an emulator and save snapshots of his progress, although it's a bit like cheating. Once again thank you for your great game and congratulations on the amazing artistic work!

Great work! The graphics are excellent, the story unfolds as it should and the overall feeling is even better than your previous games. I probably would prefer a more spooky soundtrack, but that's just me. One thing though: is it possible to add a save game or password system so that the player can continue the game without having to go all the way again when he loses?

Nice!

OMG! Excellent work! Your game shows what is possible even with a 70s version of BASIC as the Commodore BASIC 2.0 is. Even compiled QIXSCII is a BASIC program so... congratulations!

I had the same problem when I had the TCP/IP stack loaded on my A1200...

Hi! Innsmouth looks and plays great, congratulations for your work. I'd like to know if there's a solution online or some hints. Thanks!

It's a nice one. Reminds me of another era, about 40 years ago when I got my first ZX Spectrum.

Funny game. It has some elements from the 1983 Ultimate classic PSSST. Keep up the good work!

Excellent! Congrats!

I see. It's a pity though.

Nice game! I especially like the Spectrum 128 version. One question, though. Why the background images don't change as the player progresses in the game and change only by selecting different levels?

I'm buying your games without any hesitation and I never regret it! Once again you did a fantastic job, as you did in the past with Neutron, Zeta Wing and Soul Force. You're the greatest shoot 'em up developer in the history of the platform. Congratulations!

Excellent game in every aspect! I loved it! Congratulations!

A truly great game! One of the best 'experiences' I had on the Speccy in the last decade. Can't praise enough the work you've done. Congratulations!

Excellent game! I just completed it and I have to say that IMHO it's the best action/platformer on the Spectrum since Aliens: Neoplasma. Great work!

Great conversion, congratulations. What a nice game!

Alright then, I'll wait for the finished version. Some great tunes are make the difference between a good Tetris and a great Tetris and your game has all the other elements to fit in the second category.

I can't hear any music even though is enabled on the options. Is this normal? Other than that, congratulations for your game, it's really a great achievement considering it's fully written in BASIC.

Great game! Congratulations!

Congratulations! DitherPaint81 is a nice and easy to use little piece of software. It's great to see people coding for the ZX81 in 2021. Keep up the good job!

Great game! It is so old-school and so fresh at the same time! Congratulations!

I waited for some months for this now, and I'm really excited to finally having the chance to play it. As I expected is G-R-E-A-T and I dare to say it's the best vertical shooter ever to appear on the Commodore 64! Keep up the good work and we'll keep supporting you! Thank you for another great game!

(1 edit)

A well deserved award for one of the best shoot 'em ups to ever appear on the C64! Congratulations, Sarah!

Thank you very much for the info and keep up your good work.

Very enjoyable game - it reminds of old times. I'd like to see a score counter and a more helpful hint system, though...
