The classic survial game "Schiffbruch" from 1999 is available on itch.io now.
Last year I completely re-implemented my original C++ game from 1999 in Javascript. Now it's playable on nearly every device and screen resolution. All this while keeping the original style and pixel-art.

Today I released my game Alpine Route after a year of developing on itch.io:
https://dplate.itch.io/alpine-route

In Alpine Route, you take on the role of a route planner at the end of the 19th century. Your task is to design the optimal paths for roads and railways through challenging alpine terrain. Detailed maps of real landscapes with precise elevation data are at your disposal as tools.

The game is using WebGPU for rendering the map. Sadly this limits it currently to Chromium browsers or Firefox nightly.

Thanks again for making this video. :)

Thank you for playing, makes me happy that you like my low poly graphics. :)

And I forgot, I very like your groundhog scene. :)

Hi Vlad,
thanks for playing and reviewing my small game. It's really fun watching someone playing it the first time. :)
Most hikers will not reach the camp fire, because the path you draw goes through rocky area and is therefor marked blue (very difficult). ;)

Thanks for your feedback. In the Alps there is a cross on nearly every walkable peak. They have some christian history, but today they are just the goal of your hiking tour. Very often there is a book placed at the cross, in which you can write down your name, the date and a (often funny) comment.

Draw-A-Mountain

Little and easy simulation game for kids:

With Draw-A-Mountain you can create a mountain with just a few steps and then observe it. First draw the ridge, then create a summit cross, a cable car, a restaurant and a barbecue area. Then you connect everything with walking and hiking trails, as well as climbing routes. Finally, hikers will come to your mountain and explore everything. You can also follow them very closely.
