What sourceport did you use? Kriegsland is a mod with no ground breaking features, so it should work even in the most basic ports. Were you loading something with it?

Unfortunately this happens with all my mods as of late.

So this is what i can recommend:

Try another sourceport, or opening the console, or even spamming enter for starting the game, or even, changing your rendering settings to Vulkan. One of these options should work.

GZDoom has some problems with mouse jittering regarding that flag, and i even opened a thread about this, but nothing was done as far as i know. I would love to avoid such problems, but SPF_INTERPOLATE is an important flag to make weapons animate smoothly, and it's old enough to work on LZDoom, which is a port good for weaker machines.


I do hope that doesn't ruin your experience, though.

ooof, I'm sorry to hear that. Maybe you could also disable voxels as well as casings? that should help.

I'm glad you found the reward system useful! But besides me, it's extremely important that you credit Spaceman333 for the "all enemies killed" script. I only added a line where it would give two items, one as a token and one as a special inventory.

Seems to be an armor item. Try opening either Omerta or Kriegsland with winrar, delete (or back it up somewhere else) the armorbit sprite, save and try again.

Hi, what exactly is the problem? The game does not initiate or are there actors in conflict?

Thanks for the feedback! About the black screen, unfortunately it's common in the most recent GZDoom builds, so my suggestion is to spam enter to enter the game and then use the menu as intended.

In this specific set of screenshots i was playing it with Hell Caliber monsters by Samarai1000. I had to rip the enemies from it myself, so i unfortunately cannot provide a link to it. But i highly recommend the mod!

Hi! It's a mere aesthetic pack that replaces the menu sounds with the Dino Crisis 1 sounds. The reason i made this is because there is a Dino Crisis 2 demo made for the E3 of 2000 which still had these sounds, as the game wasn't ready yet.

Thanks for your suggestion! I don't know an easy way around it, but if i do, i can totally add a CVAR.

Thanks for your feedback! The mod is intentionally made to be a Vanilla+ experience, so there are no reloads. As for the barrels bug and the FPS drops, i'll see what i can do! Thanks!

The mod was exactly that; an April's fools joke. BUT, don't be sad, because by november 1st, i'll release what that mod was intended to be, a WW1 survival experience, Nightmare Logic IV. Stay tuned!

Hi! I'm afraid that's not in the original scope of the mod. Back in 2018 when i started Kriegsland II, i wasn't keen on overlays and reloadings with dual-wielded guns. I also think Kriegsland would need a ton of good work to make detailed and smooth reloads. So i'll give this request a kind pass. ;)

It's the same system, friend.

I kinda don't understand the question.

You can still use the same User1 key in other mods without overwriting their functions, since User1 is a thing inside GZDoom itself.
