Did you obtain the avatar? You'll need to get Virtual Avatar Software and run it from your menu.
You need "Fursuit Tips" from Claire, too.
The fursuit itself is unobtainable. It's just a dummy item for the quest.

So far you can get your virtual and physical upgrade before reaching the "end of content". More content will be added later on.
I notice the awkwardness of interacting too (using a raycast lol). I didn't have time to fiddle with it before the deadline, but it's on my todo list.
