Well, there must be something wrong with my thing then as I clicked on it for at least 2 minutes. Regardless I couldn't continue as the map was blocked off like you've presented here.
I would like to add that there's no way to end your turn if somehow you have cards that have a higher cost in your hand. I was hard locked because of this.
