okay i got through it and got a few endings. pretty short but good, the resolution is a bit too big though I had to zoom out to 70%. also the music is really loud but that might just be on my end. also, i don't think the factions were properly explored at all. maybe even a few sentences describing what makes them different could help inform the final choice.
music loop restarts every time i click an option and white text is hard to see on some backgrounds. otherwise, looks good. good art, cool story so far though i'm not far in
I think I got all the left endings, now for the right. This is good, but sometimes text gets cut off at the bottom of the screen. Guess that might be an engine thing though since this uses the default twine UI. Anyways, it's pretty funny and I got the no gay good ending with carl third try's charm.
This is really good! Just wish there was a save system or maybe a download. Love the graphics too. Been looking thru the catalog of simple text-based games (although this one is probably very complex under the hood) for some inspiration of my own.
I was interested in making my own text-based adventure game actually and was doing research on reddit. So far I like it a lot, but I’m just sad it was cut short before you were able to implement a save feature. If you don’t mind me asking, what did you use to make this game?
