try setting your debug menu key bind (for example i set mine to 7) and then hit the key you assigned it to when your on the main menu. the character select menu is also in the debug menu so you should find it ther
Another thing just Incase anyone wants to know, the character select menu isn't gone from the browser version, it's just in the debug menu for some reason
yo just incase anyone wants to know, i got my game ta stop laggin every 3 seconds by putting my fps at 145, idk if it'll work for you but it did for me
