HOW DO I RESPAWN WITHOUT HITTING ESC EVERY TIME

i dont even understand dragging the switch in the tutorial. neither mouse button moves anything. this is going to be confusing before i even get to the logic. not a very intuitive UI and full of spelling errors

I am literally clicking non stop and hitting most enemies there is no lull or time to resource farm. tutorial screen is too quick. needs some progression it is chaotic off the bat.
