I like the simple animations and light, but perhaps incorporate a health system with 3-5 hearts, and collectable hearts along the way to help people get through the entire level. Nice effort for the jam!

Nice job on your first submission. A couple of notes:
- Overall the music and sfx are really loud! Try and turn down those levels to avoid hurting peoples ears.
- The dying/collection/movement system seem to work as intended, so that's good!
- I like the dying animation and sound effect that goes with it.
- The points in the top left corner are hard to read, so maybe try giving that it's own little box that stays one color and make the font bigger.
Keep going with gamedev and keep having fun!
Thank you for your feedback! I can add a difficulty menu to decrease how many enemies come in at one time, but I don't know if that would be against the rules of the game jam, since it is not over yet :(
While it is very challenging as it is, you can make use of the first couple of seconds planting sapplings. Then when things get hectic, you can try and hit one of the boxes on the middle-side areas.
