Death Grip is best for if you're trying to complete something like a contract and know you can't last long enough to complete it. Vinegar is better if you are trying to improve your fan base. All the medicines have drawbacks and I wouldn't recommend taking any. If you really need to take some I would recommend you take the other two pills. They may not have a immediate effect but they help out in the long run as long as you're careful.
