I do have a big interest in doing the horse racing story. i’m wondering if it would interest the horse game community. It’s hard to tell whether or not they’ll support it since they wouldn't have direct control

Hello folks!

I'm about to get started  developing a Sports Visual Novel and just wanted some quick feedback. My VNs are Webtoon art style.

Which Sport would interest you most:

• Doubles Tennis 
• 3x3 Basketball
• Horse Racing
• 2v2 Volleyball
• Team Cycling

It's going to be my first project and I want to select an appealing sport.  Here's the possibilities. (And this is not fan-service driven. It's story driven). The sports games I want to make semi-automated. User input is largely going to be branching dialogue.  I really appreciate any feedback given.

潺 邁夜 Maiya is a go-getter that recently joined the squad. Her father was a firefighter, and this drove her to follow this career path. Having confidence in her abilities, she speaks her mind in a level-headed manner. She's very diligent about her work. To the younger female members, she's like a big sister. Has a weakness for sweets. In a game about firefighting, there are many scenes that require grunts/shouts/etc.

Line 1 (Reflecting) Whether or not good days or bad days come- The clouds keep on rolling. You will only see it once, and never again. You can't stop it or call it back. Whatever life gives you, I think you should smile and keep moving. The clouds keep rolling. Life keeps moving. Whether they're good days or bad days, you should never stop.

Line 2 (Winds back and swings an axe full force, but it bounces against thick rubble) YAAaa-UHN! (she pants for a moment, then calls to her team) We've got a problem. There seems to be some victims trapped under this rubble but it's not going to budge. We're going to have to try something else. 

(Just give a small bit of information about your hobbies/interests/accomplishments. Why did you audition for this project? Why do you enjoy voice acting? What is your favorite genre? etc. Add in how many days will you need on average to record an equivalent of a full hour's length of dialogue. etc. Helps set the pace for deadlines.)

"You're Our Best Player" :D Remember those days? No? Anybody?...

I'm the  owner of Edge 83 Media, LLC.  I drafted several ideas over the last 3 years, but finally I've settled on the original one planned. This is a  Space Fantasy Visual Novel taking place in an alternate reality 1950s. It's Golden Cinema meets Webtoon. The protagonists are primarily Asian American.

FIRST,  let me put the requirements. I don't want anyone to waste an audition.

• We are looking for Non-Union female voice actors, 20 years old and up. You MUST be a legal resident of the United States, NOT residing in California.   
• An electronic contract is required that confidentially lists your city, state, and d.o.b.  You can simply use your cast credit name and email to sign  the electronic form. (You're getting my confidential info too.)
• We are aiming at an 8 or 9 hours Visual Novel, but may settle at only 4 hours.
• We DON'T do voice over rates. The final game price won't be exceeding more $20 (likely just $10) so there would be no feasible budget. Each chapter of the game will be paid with a flat fee of $10. Paypal is required in order to send invoices for payments. You are granting all rights of your voice work for this project to our company. We plan to start work on a demo by July. We're working on a Dev. log video, so we need some early cast lines.

CHARACTERS

Both are in their early or mid 20s. The range can be from med-high to high. Nia is the most petite, so she'd certainly have the higher voice.

I'm including a Voice Audition video for each character (no animation).
Kan Rika 奐俐花

Rika is the younger sister of Souji. Like her brother & father, she has a natural affinity for science. Her bond with her brother is rock solid. She helped to design the solar sail that powers the spaceship to Tansei. Rika is one of the pilots manning the spaceship (she's an aviatrix). Her entire life she has been dreaming of finally going to another planet. It is the legacy of their late father.

Line 1

[calm, sentimental, heartfelt] I spent so many nights just waiting to finally be here. Space travel is amazing. Outer space is just so vast and bright, and beautiful. Once we experienced it I just knew we'd be changed forever! I believed in every thing we want- Every thing we worked for. Really, deep down I still do.

Line 2    

[receives a gift from her romantic interest.] Oh it's lovely-- You shouldn't have! Oh, I'll treasure it forever.

Line 3    

[tearfully pleading to her brother not to try an experimental device] No, no! You can't! Let me try it instead. I'll test it! Please, brother-- We still have a chance. You can't leave me... We have to make it together. [gives way to sobbing]

Harmonia Dimalanta

She is Filipina. Harmonia "Nia" Dimalanta is a brilliant engineer. She has joined the field of space exploration to fulfill her curiosity. She is well liked by the crew. Isn't confrontational by nature, but will speak her mind if needed. Being the most petite in the group, she's able to sneak around and hide when the antagonists are on the prowl.    

At this point in the game she can still actually be portrayed in two ways. She can be soft spoken and soothing or enthusiastic and vivacious.  I'd be happy with either if it seems to fit. I'm leaning toward enthusiastic and vivacious.
