nevermind it worked 

when i launch my last save, i'm at the to be continued screen from january, and then once i press enter i see the build credits and it just ends. i updated the game i wonder why it isn't working 

Well actually, you can download the itch.io app on Windows or MacOS and download Khemia from there. Once you download the app you can check for updates by right clicking on Khemia and selecting “check for updates” and if there are updates, it will automatically update right then and there  or while the app is open.

Though I don’t have an answer, I can relate.  I’m almost done with Adastra and I’m really looking forward to the sequel but I’m confused about the updates.
