I have a question, how do you get past the Vigilante's "Wash my darn hat" puzzle? I did it in another savefile but i want to replicate it, after i wash his hat, it doesn't spawn the jetpack like it should, nothing happens if i interact with him neither. for The Noise, no mattter how many times i fight him, he just keeps saying "Fight The Noise." instead of "You Fought The Noise" like it should, please, i hope you answear, i have asked so much people in so much different websites, but i'm just stuck there, just please, i hope you answer
