Really cool game, very well written, especially the tables!!  I did get confused with building the hull.  2 people so pulled 6 cards.  We pulled two Kings (D+H) and a Jack H.  10S, 7D, 2C.  Since face cards are bad on the obstacle table, we assumed they don't count as crew.  So we only have 7 crew, the 7D.  Is that correct?  Thanks!

Great game!  Just found it!  I love the writing and the prompts!  I assume that if you get the Death Card, or run out of Resource Cards, then you are lost at the next waypoint, and don't reach the temple.  And too much melancholy also means you are lost.  That's how we've been playing it anyway.

Great game, love the writing and the mythology!!  I modified it into solo game with a Four Against Darkness hack to it.  I originally played it by starting with the 5 Arcana and due to failures usually ended up with 8-10 before I ran out and then meet the witch.  But this time I breezed through it, only failed once so got up to 6 Arcana.  But the rest I was successful, so I only lost one talent in total.  So I was wondering if I am doing it wrong.  Is the goal to go through all 21-1=20 Arcana before meeting the witch?  I guess I wonder why we start with 5 Arcana if we end up going through the remaining 20.  Thanks!!

Great game! With an ATK=1, until you get a weapon, you really can't fight any beastie can you? Day 3 you get the phaser, but only have one attack at 9, so anything above 9 HP still can't be defeated. Am I doing that wrong? Even if there is a village up front, without any bits I can't buy anything.
