Hello spidera. You can change the keyboard section of the controls in the options. Unfortunately the game is designed having in mind mouse (or gamepad) buttons so it is mandatory to have one of these two input devices. You could assign the MMB to a keyboard button in the windows options but I think the game could be too hard and unplayable in this way.
