For me its got to be the new area before the final boss and of course that boss was insanely fun to play as well, and lets not forget the intro to it when he's strapped before release, amazing. Also another great detail for me, for some reason was the lighting effect on the mace weapon (forgot what its called). They nailed that effect, and there's much more to appreciate but I could go on and on.
