Is there any estimate for when 2.8.0 is going to be avaible for beta testers?

So i have here some ideas cpus. Add if you like.

1. Cache memory. Pretty much explains it.

2. 8/16/32/64 bit data paths.

3. TDP for thermals and power consumption.
