I ain't tech guy but I think u should reinstall it if you didn't play it earlier, and if you did- copy save files from data onto "out of game files" folder and when reinstalled the game, delete new save files and insert old ones that you put in "out of game files" folder

That usually fixes the issue, if it persists-

So if my math (meth) is correct you would need more than 69 (this is 100000% intentional) cooking points

I said cooking points as grades you get at end of every cooking session, math (meth) used to get this was simple F is 1 point D is 2, C 3, B 4 and A 5, in total you need at least  5 A-s  5 B-s 8 C-s (how I got them) to unlock all cooked food recipes, it doesn't look like that slow mode or insanely fast mode do any difference, only difference is that if you use practice mode while trying to get grades, you have severe mental issues pal

Yeah it ain't it, I got mostly As and Bs and a few C's and it's still not unlocked, the only thing that can come to my mind is macroing but that isn't playing the game
