RGBspace is a short puzzle game that simply revolves around the movement of a single block to the goal. With this simplicity comes the challenge of reaching the true ending, where you uncover the secrets of what is hidden beneath the facade. This was made with the intention of previewing a few of the ideas for a much more complete game that is currently being worked on. while the gameplay itself will be very different the story will remain similar.

thanks for playing it and i hope you anticipate the next game i release.

alright, thanks, ill get to work fixing that soon

yeah it certainly became confusing as time to fully create, thanks for playing through it entirely.

yeah i didnt have much time to work on sprites, and i agree that the dialogue could be a bit better, thanks for playing it, and i hope you anticipate the next game i release as it will be very different from this one but better in every way.

do you mean the room you are up to before you go back or the room you get sent back too? because i need the room you get sent from

Thanks for the feedback however, all of the green resets you actually, it just depends on if you are at full health or not, being at full health and attempting to immediately gain health will just reset the player as does death.
Also the press space is the object that would send the player to the next room, not including these in every room may also give the impression that there was nothing after that room.
Yeah i completely agree with the dialogue being on different lines however i was using the same canvas for the dialogue in a sprite maker so i would need to resize it which may make it stretch strangely.
yeah the life bar did look a little off after finishing it but if you were able to recognise its a life bar after taking damage then it does its job.I will get to fixing it though.
Hitting the edge of the screen is actually the trigger for making everything start to move. It allows the player to not only get hit by the blue at almost any time but also gives them access to the yellow in some rooms.

One more thing in your last message you said there was a room that sends you back to a certain level, can you be more specific about that? i'm going through testing the game now and cant seem to find it, but you are not the only person who has complained about it so i want to fix it.

After finishing the main ending i want people to use this comment to try and explain their interpretations of what was going on with replies.

also i will be going into detail about what my main game in development is soon so if you are interested i will be uploading details about it in another page.

yeah dont worry im gonna patch that "one room forward 2 rooms back" part, and yeah that was my first project, but it was made in preparation for a full on game im making that should get a demo released within 10 weeks.

yeah i also agree that the tutorial could've been a bit better but it did get the main point across i think

thanks for that

Honestly same

thanks for reaching the story ending, also the story is actually based on a secondary plotline of my main game development project, since I only had 48 hours to make it I wasn't able to actually include all my ideas but in the next game i will elaborate entirely on all my ideas present here.

One thing i should mention is that there are multiple endings.Have fun figuring that out.also that although it is stated that i used pre existing audio, that's only because i couldn't make a sound effect for the pickups, i did make the song.

thanks for trying it, it definitely a strange project to make, being given only 48 hours to make kinda prevents too much progress from being made, but the thing i mentioned at the end will certainly be a much better project.

Thanks for trying it
