This was really good, as was the writeup. The fountain theme kicking in when it cuts to the fountain was perfect

hell yeah you know i love the body as terrain. I also am really interested by the restricted angle of the camera. i can look up, and right, but not down or left.

ah thanks for playing! I really do like that feeling of just, systems and challenges without any idea of developer intention. me arbitrarily scattering delfinos and coins is really my lofi way of doing procgen I guess

these puzzle mechanics have a lot of potential, really creative stuff. The ending, especially the music, was also great.

this is awesome. such a simple concept but very well executed to be fun and interesting, the great background progression compels you to keep playing and trying to progress despite strange block arrangements made for some rly fun emergent gameplay. Also love the cloud at the end really funny post game trick

pretty cool! cant believe i havent seen a mount-focused metroidvania before, so much potential! I love that you have different abilities with and without the mount, you could come up with some really good puzzles mixing all those abilities, lots and lots to work with here, and it feels pretty nice to play too!

woah! impressive and unfortunate! the timescale changing can definitely mess with the physics

beautiful little game! i love the little details. i love that the breath animation is synched to the breathing audio

this is cool, interesting to see how the negative and positive space versions of the level feel so different as spaces. would love to see this pulled off with more representational scenery somehow

you never *have* to change the game speed to beat anything, its only there for accesibility/convenience/messing around. So if thats the way you solved a jump, there was almost certainly another way.

nice! ye unity is i think nice to start with cause u can usually easily google ur problems and find someone else with the same one. bitsy is great for starting because its very restrictive and simple to use, so u can get something fun v quick! and finishing small things is great for motivation imo

well, some free options that i use are Unity (sort of requires scripting in c# but there are plugins like playmaker that let you do visual flowcharting logic instrad), godot, puzzlescript, bitsy (no scripting required and in browser! this is what i usually recommend to beginners!).


some other stuff i havent used quite as much is Unreal Engine (also has visual scripting), Gamemaker (which has some weird non scripting logic stuff)
