Incorrect. The dude straight up said " This isn't a copyright infringement", which it most certainly is.
Not only are the assets here copyrighted material, but the software also serves as a replacement to the original piece.
If you either scanned the pages of a book or went the effort to retype the book without the rights to copy it, you are violating the copyright. This isn't just trademark infringement.

The answer to this would be the same to the following question:
Do I make the laws?

Why are you using more than one antivirus? That stuff will conflict. Talking about how useless that software is and how a lot of it is just spyware is for a whole other discussion.

What do you mean? This is an exact simulation of how taxes work. No lies, no false advertising, no misleading titles. It's exact to the real world.
The game has nothing or less than doing taxes.

Maybe stop using the crippled hipster OS?

Did you… think GBStudio is 80GB? O_o

Probably because people are too busy to grant the such a substantial wish for somebody who probably won't even appreciate it.  If you want it so bad, you'll just have to port it yourself, commission somebody to port it, otherwise you'll just be patient to see if it ever happens. Whatever path you choose, make sure to show a little damn respect. Until then, you can use it on the devices it has been compiled for.

Imagine being "just a programmer" but turning away a drag and drop dev tool because Window's Defender is being Windows Defender.
