For Jacob's bottom scene, you can choose if you want to top or bottom in the first scene with him ;)

You don't need it anymore: now the Steam version has the patch included, and you can choose if you want to play the censored or the uncensored version when you start the game.

You don't need the patch anymore, just go to your game on Steam and update it: the Steam version has now the patch added to the main game.

The Steam version has been updated to the NSFW version.

Thank you so much for your feedback! Let's see: the gauge telling you how many points you have with each character is a planned feature. The other feature for the phone (using it as a notepad) have never crossed my mind; I'll give it a thought.

To hide the textbox you just need to press  "h" (hide), and it will disappear. There's a "help" option in the game menu with many interesting features for games made in renpy, I recommend you to check it out!

The missing texts and lunch breaks will be there in a next update, sorry. But if they are missing is because they aren't essential for the love interest's route.

There's currently one foreplay scene with Gabriel and another with Ivaan, but there will be one with each character for sure.

Oh, he's not like that when Jorge and he have talked about their problems and they are finally together. There's too much history between them for Jacob's taste.

I'm really sorry that scene was triggering for you.  I tried my best to highlight that Jorge could have pushed Jacob off and left any moment he wished -and he was 100% aware of it- but chose to stay. Despite disliking how the sex scene starts, he agrees to relinquish power and doesn't feel it as an assault, but just like rough sex. 

However, if some people are going to feel triggered or disgusted, I'll add the option of actually pushing Jacob off and leaving: hate sex is a very particular kink anyway, and some people won't be able to enjoy the scene no matter the nuances. Same as open relationships aren't for everyone, as Jacob had the bad luck to realize belatedly. 

XDD don't blame me! Mac is great for many things, but not for playing videogames!

I'm really sorry, but Mac asks for a paid dev fee to publish games for them. As I'm a solo dev making small games, it's not economically worth it for me. 

On itchio nobody from Apple will check if that fee is paid or not. The other way around this is making an "all-operating systems" build for Steam. I can't put a tick on "Mac build" on Steam, but it might work on Mac computers, as it works for Linux users.

Anyway, I strongly recommend purchasing the game here, where you know you'll be able to play it, and claim a Steam key from the game page to try it on Steam.

I think I've shared it somewhere, but not sure if it was here or on Discord... Anyway:

-Gabriel: 95% top

-Ivaan: 100% top

- Jacob: 60% top

- Kevin: 100% bottom

Gabriel will have a total of two bottom scenes in the regular game, plus one more in the DLC. Jacob has one bottom scene in his route, and will have two more in the DLC.

You need at least 10 affection points with a character to be able to choose his route, and if you have 10 or more with more than one character, the game lets you choose.

Some of the texts, especially in Jacob's route, are still missing, yes (since some depend on the point you are with a certain character, and for that I need to have all the routes written T_T). Same happens when you have lunch with a character you aren't pursuing in that route.

You must access the Google Drive link of your choice (Mac or Windows/Linux) and download the game from there. 

We have asked itchio for additional space, since the current build is bigger than 1 Gb, but until they fix that, downloading from Google Drive is the best option.

Hmmm... They are on different pages, so the access link is different. But you can always buy the NSFW version here and then claim a Steam key from your itchio page, once the Steam game is approved. The Steam version will always be the SFW one.

Hmmm... You can buy My Burning Heart also from JastUSA. I think they accept all kind of cards.

Hi! Some of my games are short projects for game jams, so they are free on itchio: two of them are also available on Steam, but to be honest, it's not worth it because it's nearly impossible to recover the Steam tax.

That being said, My Burning Heart IS available on Steam. Unless you live in Germany, China, or other countries where games with NSFW content are banned, it should appear on my dev page there. BUT you need to have the access to adult content activated on your profile, and be logged in. In fact, if you buy the game through itchio you can claim a Steam key along with your purchase (which is the best way to support indie creators like myself, and to bypass Steam censorship XDD).

Yes, it will. Exes doesn't require any extra features, it's just reading and choosing options! It may get a Unity port in the near future so we can publish it on consoles, though, but a Renpy version will always be available on itchio for PC.

Although the current art will be kept in the final version, the GUI and the writing will probably get a makeover; we'll see! I'll retake the project this summer, once Exes Assault!! is released.

Give it a few days more (a week more, maybe?), and things will start to move on really quickly as the people who are now "acquaintances" or "acquaintances of acquaintances" turn into friends. Besides, after the first week you can attend a party each Friday evening, where things get... interesting.

The version for Mac, Windows, and Linux are exactly the same, though. The person who said it worked without bugs for them was playing it on a Steamdeck console, but it was the Windows version.

:(  Precisely when just yesterday someone told me on twitter they had beaten Emile and Bernard's routes without funding any bugs...

I apologize for taking so long between updates; as you probably know I'm really busy with Exes Assault, and my visual novels are something I do in my free time, since I have a full-time day job and a family that sucks most of my time.
