If I may weigh in, there are people who enjoy that it isn't explicitly lewd. There's a coyness to it.

Hope you are taking care of yourself and not get too overworked! Especially handling both the writing and the art.
No rushes to update! Good things take time, and sometimes good things have to take a back seat when other things cannot wait.
I'm hoping there will be a gallery function in future when the CGs are unlocked. Would love to be able to conveniently pick shots of handsome men in various states of undress, to gawk at. And I'm hoping there will be lots of of those eventually.
Interesting read. It managed to keep me interested throughout, which is actually a very difficult thing to do. I want to give you my encouragement to keep at it.
I dream a lot, like the main character does, but unlike him, I never lucid dream. Not sure how I'd cope with that. So I find the dream sequences interesting.
I feel the same. Everyone's saying how Leo acts like a psycho, and yes, he does go off the deep end to be fair, but he hasn't exactly been treated fairly in the past.

I mean, Leo is obsessed with Chase. Is it because he actually does have an otter fetish? Who knows, but I interpreted the scene with his porn stash more indicating that he's looking for smut he can insert Chase and himself into, rather than him only liking Chase's appearance.
But for Chase to go do THAT to him? He knows he is jealous and insecure. So he thinks it would be funny to pretend he was pissing off with another guy as a JOKE? And learning Jenna was in on it too? Not only that, having Jenna always trying to one-up, or straight-up belittle him when he's trying to impress the guy he's into? Chase kind of ending the relationship, but never actually ending it also fucked Leo up. He's left wondering "Are we? Are we not?" Only in Leo's good ending where Chase actually ends things does Leo actually start doing the healthy thing and move on. He needed to end it sooner, not just leave him in relationship limbo for years. It's no wonder Chase and Jenna aren't my favourite.
I did notice this, particularly for Alen. Same pose, always.
For Jymsar though, I actually thought his sprites' lack of change in posture was actually kind of fitting - for somebody who is (at first) tightly wound, you might expect this kind of posture. So, personally, I wouldn't scrap Jymsar's early sprites -- I'd actually love it if when Jymsar opens up more, his new sprites would become more apparent with more relaxed and varying postures, but his older ones remaining for early in the story.
I think one thing to be careful of is not to go overboard. I'm worried about seeing characters doing awkward little dances when they cycle their emotions.
With 1), I kind of interpreted that scene in the way that Amicus had moved past needing to always be top, not just because it's Lover's Day, but because he's changed his viewpoint. He's kind of gotten over feeling uncomfortable about being entered, because "Hey Marco, I love you!"
With 2), I have zero objections to being physically desired and enjoyed, especially with somebody like Amicus. I don't think there's anything wrong with Amicus being forward and wanting to get what he wants. There exists sexual attraction outside of physical appearances and seeing someone as a piece of meat -- being sexually attracted to somebody you're head-over-heels in love with (even if that guy is as homely as a mule's butt). This is a bit tangential, but I've had an experience where I was in love with a guy (or, in retrospect, it was probably more like infatuation); I wanted him more than anything. But when things didn't work out, and that infatuation passed, I had zero further desire to be with him physically. His appearance had not changed. He looked exactly the same, but I didn't have those romantic feelings for him any more. Anyway, that was just a bit of a long-winded way for me to say that I wanted that guy, but it was because of feelz, not so much seeing somebody as a toy. And in terms of pinning him, I don't really recall a point where either Amicus' or Marco's advances were inappropriate for the situation or their level of relationship... except for maybe the alcohol-fueled kiss. Making decisions while tipsy doesn't always end well.
Amicus loves Marco. He (SPOILERS TO ANYONE READING TOO MUCH INTO THIS DISCUSSION) proposed to him after researching human proposals and marriage customs and is trying to do all he can to get that fantasy of spending hundreds of years together, just as Marco is.
Pfft, look at me, defending a muscular cartoon wolf. God, I'm so invested.
Hope it gives you another perspective!
I first heard of Echo Project from Studio Klondike/Orange Juice Dog's Astatos Kickstarter last year, and I have to say, I'm absolutely smitten with Echo (as well as Adastra and the Smoke Room).
I have to say, this, in all seriousness, has to be one of, if not, the best-written works I have ever read, and I'm not just talking about visual novels. All the characters are so genuine and flawed. I am astonished at how much work has gone into the writing. It has disturbed me, saddened me, and at several points, made me laugh out aloud as well. Absolutely remarkable.
As a gay furry who's a big fan of horror, Echo is everything I've ever wanted in an experience (well, except for a 'Golden Ending,' where everyone is happy and everything is resolved, but I know that's not what Echo is about).
If I was a richer man, I would definitely be pledging as much as I could for more and more works from Echo Project, but for now, I've been trying to tell as many people about these as I can.

And I kinda wanna watch Luche Lobo, too, if he's shirtless the whole time...
