Cute little game. The style reminds me of the Pettson and Findus books, it brings back so many memories. I absolutely love it.

Hey! I just wanted to report that even tho the "Trypophobia" option was enabled, I still got a Doppelganger with a worm. (It was with Gloria, but don't worry, I've got it only once in, like, a 500 times, so it's not that big of a deal.)
