do you know how to get her to respond? just started playing and it just keeps saying thinking

I'm having the same issue too, she just thinks and then nothing happens trying to find someone on here that can maybe help.

can you help me? Im new to this game and when I start the game she will start thinking and then nothing happens Im not sure what Im doing wrong but I can't get any kind of interaction from her.

just downloaded this game and when I start I can move around and type stuff and use my voice but all she does is think and then nothing happens, the same thing happens when trying to interact with items. can someone please help me on what to do?
