The game downloads as a media file and I've tried several times over the course of months but it will not download as anything else. What can I do?

Just finished chapter one. GAH! I can't wait for more but I also know that there's a lot I missed so I can always go back and find the rest of the stuff. Love the replay value. All of the characters are soooo cute.

I'm stuck on the lamp quiz. I am so bad at these, I've been at it for longer than the entire game is supposed to take and I can't find any guides online T.T

See the thing is, it isn't downloading as a zip. There's no file at all, there's nothing to open. it's just one, single thing and even that can't be opened.

I really want to play this game but it doesn't download as a zip, it just keeps downloading as a single file and no matter what I do, I can't fix that or open it in any way. I think my attempts to do so only made it more impossible to work. Is anybody else having this problem??
