Really like the feeling and music in the game, nicely done. It is definitely something, you can expand on!

Our intention was for the bar to indicate your "Sanity" or some other parameter, where there is a sweet spot distance to the ghost, where you have most sanity. If you go further away or closer to the ghost, the bar drops, and it you get too far away or too close, you lose - the map is just a bit too complex for anyone to get far enough away for it to be used :P
Suprisingly fun to be an elevator, especially when the two sides are joined together. Super hard to get right, and I think the most optimal was just going up and down one step at a time until you are at max capacity, then go to the next on either side, so the game mechanics may be dull in a full length game. Maybe this could be converted into a game of different gizmos that are interconnected and work the same way as the elavator? Really like the art style, sounds make it all right haha - Fun game, great idea!
