Have you wondered why there aren't more 1st-Person parkour games? Or wondered why no one has mixed 1st-Person parkour with the collectathon style from the late 90's and early 2000's?

I have. And I couldn't find a game that mixed the two, so I made it myself! I bring you KOUR 64, a fever dream that captures the vibes of the prime collectathon era and mixes it with 1st-Person parkour movement! Explore a variety of locations, discover secrets, collect a bunch of loot, and talk to silly characters in this weird psychedelic dream world!

Very addicting game! It feels awesome when you nail a "combo" of letters really quickly. It really brought out the gamer in me lmao. I beat it in 44 seconds, a nice short speedrun gem for sure.

Another great collaborative effort from Blackthornprod + Friends. A very fun but short experience, controls well and has good replay-ability.  

I got 1:38, if you have any tips or tricks let me know...

Fun fact: you don't have to move your mouse at all after its in position

So excited to see this!

5/25/22 PATCH NOTES

  • Removed unused assets to decrease file size
  • Checkpoint ambient sound changed, Tamiel said its ugly sounding and he's beautiful, so I had to listen on this one. 
  • GAS/COUGH boost indicator image changes 
  • Checkpoint Visibility Improved
  • Fixed Death checkpoint on DinoC
  • Replaced L1B startroom
  • Fixed Collision on Dino vents
  • Added the SLIDER's Slider, to fix the other sliders when they don't display correctly.

Probably won't do a whole lot of large changes but will do QOL changes and possibly level additions in the future.

Currently known

  • Mousewheel jump doesnt work and doesnt bind from main menu
  • Audio sliders shown as 0 until messed with (I think I'm just gonna add a really big slider and name it the "Fix sliders slider", that's my idea of a simple, well rounded solution)

Yeah this game is great, I've wanted something like this ever since I saw similar movement style in VR. I also like how the gameplay is structured, the general vibe, setting and storytelling. I've made a decent route for any% already and have started working on 'All routes'. I've had alot of fun already and look forward to seeing the rest. 

I managed to grind the time down the 5.71, it might be able to go lower than the real life speedwall record with some more grinding.
