it’s happening to me to I’ve got no idea how to fix it

I have this and gacha cute but I can never have them both on at the same time and this just wont come on even tho I had it on before 

I’m trying to open it on my pc and it worked before but I accidentally closed it and it wouldn’t open up until I got flash, but I found a way around it but it simply won’t open, there’s just no reaction from my pc 

edit: I’ve got it working!! But now my drawing tablet has no screen so oops

I’ve seen that some people have had an issue where they are told to get Adobe AIR but I saw someone else suggest this video so I thought I’d share it too ( https://youtu.be/RwkHyooldfM )
