so, ive got a way to play the game on android but obviously it's unofficial and can get buggy. ive personally played an entire route on my phone with this method and only had issues with the keyboard during creation but that's why floating keyboard exists.
also just a heads up the buttons for the menu and things are small but are there and under the text box. you can still save the same through there.
anyway here's how i did it.
1. so go to the joiplay patreon (https://www.patreon.com/joiplay?utm_campaign=creatorshare_fan) and from their public releases download joiplay apk 1st (it will warn you about it being harmful, but it is safe) and then after that install the renpy plugin and update that to joiplay (same warning, still safe)
2. download the latest RH update and unzip it into your files. (note that it has to be either the windows or pc versions only.)
3. go to your new joiplay app and go through all the agreements and slides, click the + at the top right and add game. from there locate your RH file which will most likely be in your downloads folder and add either the .exe (my preference) or .py files.
4. next it will give you the chance to rename the game, give it a version, and add an icon (it should do this automatically so just keep clicking okay.)
5. next open your game and enjoy. from the joiplay app you can add it to your homescreen as well.
just remember the floating keyboard mechanism for when you get to the character creation so you can type your desired name.
after doing 100% of the entire game, i can say how fun and beautiful the whole thing was. i loved all the different endings and the art? top notch. jack truly came out and served.
