On the fifth advancement, a player has unlocked 5 Advances. At this point they also GET the one last job advance as well correct? So the 5th advancement grants 2 things.
Looks like a typo here: since previously you say heat cannot be reduced below 1
Remember, Criminals can never reduce their Heat below 0,so if they have 2 Heat aer a job, they cannot spend that Heat totake an advance.
