I opened first bunker door with keycard (you need to hook it, at roof of bunker there will be a hole, in that hole on stairs will be keycard) And i dont know how to open second door. Where is the code?

It happened to me, but i had saves in my VotV folder. Delete data.sav in Appdata/Local/VotV/Saved/SaveGames and all should work, but you need to replay tutorial.
