I think the idea of running a medical store in a fantasy world would make a great wholesome game with a few tweaks. The "Zelda Wind Waker" look-ish you've done works really well too!

I think your game has the potential to be a complete wholesome game with different rooms/puzzles (a mix between Unpacking and Love, Ghostie)! The idea of renewing your ghost license is very funny 👻📃

This is just my opinion, but I think I would have kept the art consistent and all done in pixel art to give it a cozier feel.

Everything is extremely well polished, the use of the theme is very clever and the atmosphere is incredible.

The little notes that are added as you go along in the notebook really bring the game to life and feel very natural.

And it was very thoughtful of you to have allowed accessibility by skipping the mini-games (otherwise I wouldn't have been able to finish your game and I would have been so disappointed! 😭)
