any news on this?

I'm really enjoying the game so far, but with a hearing disabilty I feel like i'm missing out on some bits. There's a lots of bits of voiceover without captions. In the menu and with each mission.
There was a conversation between two people involving a dancing monkey? bet that would have been fun to understand.

How do I collect these things around the colony? I can't seem to find the building for it.
