Awesome bridge, and love the cables and other details ❤️

♥️

Nicely done ! The staircases add a really cool 3d feel to the city. Maybe they would also work well with some pedestrian bridges ?

As a Godot user, a million thanks for giving this engine some love !

I use Godot

Gotta love some more boxes. But we need some cats in them now. Can’t have boxes without cats in them… 😉

Wow, looks glorious. Gotta try combining them with the waterfalls you did some time ago.

Also where do I get that cute cat character sprite from ?

The crabs are the best ! But can they only move from left to right 🤔 ?

Excellent intuition

The umbrella animation is mesmerizing

Wow, I also find the color scheme quite nice.

I’m going to throw a little challenge just for fun: how about having a shark that can be animated to swim around in the water. Done like if it was a vehicle, with the different turn animations.

What do you think ?

Thanks for this theme, there was some really good stuff in it ! Excited to see what’s next…

Lovely for a post apocalyptic setting, together with the junkyard theme. Thumbs up.

I agree with you, it’s a bit weird too. But it’s better than the other version, in my opinion.

Maybe it would work even better if the chest moved a bit slower than it does now ? After all when you sleep you don’t move a lot. Not sure if it’s something that you can do in the sprite sheet, or if it is something that it’s better done in the game engine.

The buskers are super lively. Love them !

But I have to say that the homeless person sleeping looks weird. It seems that it’s the same animation as when they are standing but they are doing it on the floor, so it looks a bit unnatural to me.

Wouldn’t it be better having just the chest move up and down, instead of the whole body moving left and right ?

These train interiors are awesome.

Makes me dream of a way to have both the interiors and exteriors set working together for buildings too.

I know your work is meant for games in a style where there is a sharp transition between outdoor and indoor. But I did play with combining the two sets last year and most of the stuff was actually “almost there”. Some details were mismatched, but you could mostly make it work with some edits and offsets.

Yeah, that train rocks. The shape of the large windows gives me futuristic vibes for some reason.

Love the creepy grinning tree ! Well done. Would go really well with dead people hanging by the neck. Oh, and RAVENS. ain’t a proper graveyard without ravens ;-)

All these candles really make the whole thing come alive. Wall torches would also fit the atmosphere and be usable for more standard fantasy games as well.

Wow, that’s an amazing animation for a water spell as well. Fireball next ? 😉 (it would still fit with the theme. lots of fireballs in a building that’s on fire)

(1 edit)

Looking great ! Except that for some reason the wheels seem too tiny, but maybe it’s just me. Maybe double wheels on the back axle ?

Also will the big ladder have an extended version as well ?

On second thought, maybe in this case you are on 💧

You are on fire 🔥 Thank you, this will improve a lot the possibilities when making maps where elevation matters !

And as always, these little scenes where you put everything together are amazing.

Can’t wait to see the animated waterfall. Some ideas:

  • modular waterfall, have vertical sections that can be combined
  • rocks sticking out of the waterfall, some maybe big enough you can put stuff or characters on them I know that it’s a million tons extra work, especially with animation, so no stress if too much.

I came here just to express my love for the submerged stuff

The details on this truck are so good. So well done !

Do you plan to make an animation of the back of truck lifting a trash container ? Massive challenge probably.

That’s cool too, but I was thinking something like this

The gazebo looks great for having a character sprite pass under it, but it’s kind of weird with the flowers pots under it. My eyes took a while to understand what was going on when I saw the picture you posted.

The bird houses are the cutest thing ever !!! Haven’t looked into the actual asset, but if there is no tree house without the pole, there should be, because they are perfect to hang from trees (like the tree in the treehouse asset)

Oh, I was about to ask about veggies too. Maybe not ideal for a lavish villa to have a veggie garden but it would fit elsewhere in the theme for sure.

That’s awesome news. Once you know what the problem is, everything is a lot easier. Hope the treatment works wonders !

Give your magic hands a well deserved rest, and your inspiration a supercharge ! Have fun !

The broken ones are really cool. Would be nice to have more broken versions, maybe fallen columns too. Could be nice for settings like ruins, cemeteries, etc.

I did not mean to say that you have been slow ! Sorry if it sounded that way.

You are producing a lot of absolutely great material and also taking the time to interact with the community and reply to almost any single message. Absolutely no complaint there. You are rocking it ! If anything, please take it easy and make sure the hand gets all the rest it needs.

What I wanted to say is that to me it feels like yesterday that this journey started. Then I looked at the date of first release and it was the end of 2021, and I was really surprised by how long you have been keeping up with the updates. Lots of other projects don’t have the same patience and dedication.

Congrats on the halfway mark. It feels like it’s been forever since this pack started !

Also, that angel is intense

This is lovely !

If you are making garden mazes, it would be great to have things like plant arches and topiary (shapes of animals or other geometric stuff made with plants).

Also if you are doing a villa, I would be very curious to see how you do statues. Can’t have a villa without statues, right ? ;-)

Modular FTW

All hail LIME CORP !
