I don't do cross-platforms anymore. Plus, IOS is expensive. Plus plus, mystman12 doesn't like Baldi clones on mobile. Sorry.

Well, cross-platforming is a process of making apps usable by all platforms, so of course there will be a LOT of files. Plus, there is a Momo DLC, where I cross-platformed as well.

Just pull out the game files out of the zip archive, then click on the exe.

Look at your game folder. Is there a file named UnityPlayer.dll? If not, then reinstall the game and make sure this dll is in the same place, as the executable. If yes... Well, I dunno how to help you.
