The game will have pregnancy scenes for each LI, everyone will have their own solo route when it comes to romance, and there will also be endings with multiple LIs.
That's not right, for now each release will include all previous episodes. If and when I start releasing standalone episodes, you will be able to tell in some way like an "Update Only" tag or something similar.
The harem route isn't a 'serious' one at the moment, it's more like a fun bonus content thing, I will give it some attention in the future and see if I can make it work with the story (no promises!). The story is mostly finished and NTR/Cheating is not part of it, if I were to add something like that, it would be half-baked and conflict with parts of the story itself, plus it would change the entire relationship dynamic.
There will be plenty of stuff can be avoided (or missed if you're in to it) while still being able to successfully romance a character (like opting out of foot stuff, spanking, etc.).
I need to learn some more about the nomenclature, then comb the story for these tags. I plan to do that before the 2nd episode so people have a good idea of what to expect.
