I'm not sure if you got into the first public upload or the latest, the control isn't too clear so I apologize for that, I'm working on a visual instruction for it a bit later on.
For VR motion control, you lean on either side physically, and the cart will register your positional value and apply the leans. The timing though is something a bit more technical Cyan knows better than me, I'd have to ask him.
